What we collect and why

Analytics. We use a self-hosted Umami instance to measure visits. It is cookieless, stores no personal identifiers, sets nothing on your device and does not track you across sites — it records only aggregate page-view data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because no cookies or personal data are involved, no consent banner is required.

Enquiry form. If you contact us through the form, we process the details you submit (your name and email, and any company, role, topic or message you provide) solely to respond to your enquiry. The message is delivered to us by email through our processor Resend; it is not stored in a separate database. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Server and security logs. Our hosting and CDN provider Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and availability (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and DNS. Resend — transactional email delivery (EU region). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
